Dandelion Bakes is run by owner and Pastry Chef Marissa Touch. A micro bakery and cake studio inspired by Italian and Italian American flavors.
Marissa is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. After 15 + years of working in the industry and a two month stay at Anna Tasca Lanza's Cook the Farm in Sicily, Marissa decided to take her love for her Italian heritage and baking and created Dandelion.
